Glossi is reinventing outdated creative workflows from the ground up. We're creating a cloud-based app that utilizes state-of-the-art gaming technology to bring stunning real-time 3D to the browser, giving everyone the power to create gorgeous cinematic videos and images to market their products - no experience required. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Glossi, you will be an integral part of our sales team. Your effectiveness in this position will have a direct influence on our sales pipeline, bolstering our company's expansion. Mission for the role

Your mission will be to support a seamless and rapidly-evolving customer experience. You will lead the implementation and management of CRM data, customer success measurement and customer support. Your work will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, marketing and customer support, to drive customer-centric initiatives, enhance customer loyalty, and support recurring revenue growth.

Outcomes

  • Proactively identify, build, and maintain a prospect database to effectively generate high-quality leads through various channels, including cold calls, emails, social media, and lead databases.

  • Craft and execute compelling outreach strategies to engage potential customers, piquing their interest in the company's products or services.

  • Assess and qualify leads based on predefined criteria, ensuring they meet the requirements for progressing to the next stage of the sales process.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with leads, providing ongoing communication and education about the company's solutions.

  • Schedule and facilitate meetings or appointments for the sales team, ensuring a smooth transition from lead generation to sales discussions.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities, contributing valuable insights to the team.

  • Share feedback and collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and strategies for better lead engagement.

  • Work towards and achieve specific sales targets, such as the number of qualified leads or appointments set

  • HubSpot CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and interactions within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date on Glossi’s product and feature updates, industry trends, and sales techniques to continually improve effectiveness in the role.

Ideal requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in a fast-paced sales environment.

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and targets.

  • In-depth understanding of the industry, market trends, and competitor landscape.

  • Demonstrated ability to initiate and nurture connections with potential clients through cold outreach.

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills for refining cold outreach strategies and adapting to challenges.

  • Experience in developing and implementing effective sales strategies.

  • Proficiency with HubSpot CRM software, various sales tools, and evolving lead gen technologies.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to mentor and lead from the front.

First 90 Days

Your main responsibility as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) is to identify and engage with potential leads and initiate the sales process. SDRs also provide feedback, work towards specific targets, and use CRM tools to manage leads. Together we will focus on: 


  • Rapid Onboarding: Quickly grasp the company's culture, products, and target customer profiles to hit the ground running.

  • Lead Database Familiarization: Familiarize themselves with available lead databases and tools for lead generation.

  • Messaging Mastery: Develop a strong understanding of the company's value proposition and refine outreach messages for effective communication.

  • Initial Outreach: Start initiating contact with potential leads to create initial interest in the company's offerings.

  • Lead Qualification and Deal Progression: Not only initiate conversations but also progress leads towards closure, ensuring they meet the company's criteria for moving forward in the sales process.
