At Glossi, we’re adding to our stellar startup team set to change the game for product marketing. Our platform tool brings real-time 3D content creation to the cloud, empowering anyone to create photo-real videos and images in seconds.
While we haven’t launched publicly yet, we're already working with Fortune 500 companies such as Epson and Moen and building to a mid 2023 release.
Mission for the role
We are searching for an experienced Product Designer to help define the design direction and UX strategy for our go-to-market product. This includes defining and delivering end-to-end experiences that empower our our users to come together to create, communicate and collaborate in Glossi.
As part of the our early design team, you will not only have the opportunity to optimize existing product designs, but also work across teams to define new and innovative interfaces and experiences

Get their organization and team members setup successfully in Glossi.
Define the tools that organizations use to keep their team members in sync and their designs on-brand.
Integrate third-party tools that are key to their workflows

Goals you'll achieve in the first 6-12 months
Meeting the team and building up relationships with different parts of the business
Helping to define and roadmap product experiences to define in our 2023-24 product strategy
Conducting research to understand our Enterprise users, and identifying opportunities for our Enterprise product based on user insights and business strategies
Designing and iterating on user experiences from sign up to video review.

Ideal requirements
4+ years of professional UX/product design experience, ideally with experience designing collaboration software for teams.
A portfolio that demonstrates experience in product thinking where you have previously shipped UX/UI design for digital products.
Proficiency in building and maintaining design systems in Figma
Experience in early-stage product building
