Glossi is reinventing outdated creative workflows from the ground up. We're creating a cloud-based app that utilizes state-of-the-art gaming technology to bring stunning real-time 3D to the browser, giving everyone the power to create gorgeous cinematic videos and images to market their products - no experience required. The successful GTM role hire will bring their excellent organizational skills and process-thinking to link our product and sales teams through scalable solutions to measure, improve and learn from our customers’ experiences from first launch through product evolution and growth. 

Mission for the role

Your mission will be to support a seamless and rapidly-evolving customer experience. You will lead the implementation and management of CRM data, customer success measurement and customer support. Your work will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, marketing and customer support, to drive customer-centric initiatives, enhance customer loyalty, and support recurring revenue growth.

Outcomes

  • Do hands-on research that drives customer discovery for a repeatable sales process and collect data for analysis.

  • Design and manage systems to deepen our understanding of the user experience, create customer facing documentation, and inform product strategy. 

  • Test, implement, and refine product pricing based on customer discovery and market demand to set revenue goals.

  • Manage an active pipeline of customer prospects, nurture post-close relationships, and collect user testimonials, in order to both act as customer liaison with product and dev team as well as to support meeting company revenue goals.  

  • Organize research insights to drive understanding of user needs and identify opportunities to meet those needs. 

  • Create and maintain a "customer source of truth" for pipeline status, user origins, go-live calendar, customer interactions, touch points, and feature requests.

  • Develop and execute a GTM sales strategy aligned with business goals and optimize using data and analytics.

  • Focus on community building for finding and learning from potential markets outside our core ICP.

Ideal requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience as a member of a start up or high-growth team with customer and go-to-market responsibilities.

  • Excited to collaborate with talented colleagues in finance, sales operations, and product leadership.

  • Possesses exceptional analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail, and the ability to present information effectively to executives.

  • Must have a strong desire to create and lead a new function within a rapidly growing company.

  • Bring a proven track record of designing effective go-to-market strategies for SaaS products and a passion for doing so.

  • Demonstrate ability to build and test customer-driven hypotheses

  • The ability to articulate what is strong/weak about the design of existing systems

  • Can balance working with urgency and focus with methodological rigor and adapt as needed to achieve company goals.


First 90 Days

Your main responsibility will be leading the development and implementation of the customer experience for our Early Access Program product launch. You will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with our CEO, product and design leads. Together, we will work towards gaining valuable insights that will shape our core user base, pricing strategies and sales objectives, such as:

  • Documenting and refining our user feedback loop to clarifying product-market fit

  • Understanding and honing our ideal customer profile (ICP)

  • Enhancing and documenting the sales process

  • Driving adoption by leading engaging demos, discussions, and insights that “wow” both our customers and internal product teams. 

Your experience and attention to detail will be instrumental in helping us establish scalable and well-thought-out processes that support the customer experience throughout the sales journey and our Users’ entire relationship with Glossi.

  • Salary $75K to $120K + Equity (.1% to .4%)
