At Glossi, we’re adding to our stellar startup team set to change the game for product marketing.  Our platform tool brings real-time 3D content creation to the cloud, empowering anyone to create photo-real videos and images in seconds.

While we haven’t launched publicly yet, we're already working with Fortune 500 companies such as Epson and Moen and building to a Q2 2022 release.

About the role

Glossi is looking for an Art Director who will guide us in translating marketing and branding strategies into innovative and captivating visual messages that speak directly to our customer, As a member of our early team, you will have opportunity to craft innovative and inspiring content, with creative freedom,  to power facing marketing objectives and expand our internal 3D asset library.

Responsibilities

  • Leading the creation and production of design solutions,
  • Planning, directing, and delivering projects end to end
  • Delivering of world class design, as well as scaling design solutions in accordance with project constraints and parameters.
  • Implementing creative and art direction either independently or by leading creative staff, freelancers, and 3D artists as needed.
  • Generating ideas and creative concepts and can lead presentations
  • Understanding of all digital design mediums including UI and UX
  • Collaborating and prioriting deliverables with design team to ensure projects hit all milestones
  • Produce a big volume of good-looking assets at a steady pace across use cases.

Ideal requirements

  • You have at least 4+ years of relevant (preferably agency or design firm) experience.
  • You have outstanding conceptual and problem-solving skills.
  • You have experience in advertising, marketing, corporate identity, brand management, sales promotion, and new media communication.
  • You have a strong grasp of the creative development process, have excellent art direction skills, and consistently deliver excellent design.
  • You have in-depth knowledge of all steps required in the creative process, including effectively and efficiently staffing projects, providing communication and creative direction, and giving timely and helpful feedback to improve creative solutions.
  • You can produce all work efficiently and on schedule.
  • Your design skills are outstanding, and you have the ability to guide, evaluate, and if necessary, redirect creative development.
  • You are proficient in design software used in the design process, including Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop, and preferably 3D programs (Blender, Keyshot, C4D)
